Hike up Black Butte with Jennifer, Spencer, Chris, & Chris' sister-in-law, Claudia. During our hike, forest fires were burning within a few miles. By the time we got to the top, smoke was surrounding the butte and we could see nothing but the chipmunks. On our way back down, we could smell the smoke and started to get "rained" on by ash.
