Crater Lake - September 4, 2005

Visit to Crater Lake with our Moms, Chris, Jenny, and Morgan. We arrived in the chili morning and spent some time warming up around the lodge. Then we hiked down the 1.1-mile Cleetwood Cove Trail to the lake for a boat tour. The strenuous hike back up the trail required a 674ft ascent in the mid-day heat.

Tiger Mountain - August 6, 2005

Tiger Mountain is one of the peaks that comprise the "Issaquah Alps," in the Western foothills of the Washington Cascades. We hiked up a trail taking us about 2.6 miles and 2000 feet to the summit.
